Appreciation for excellent customer support



I wanted to send kudos to Best Buy Store rep - Jonathan located at 6075 Mavis Rd Unit 1, Mississauga, ON L5R 4G6.(Heartland).

He went above and beyond to resolve the deilvery fiasco - half of my stuff was delivered and half was not by best buy delivery. After I made a phone call to him, he made sure that the rest of my stuff got delivered the same day.

Things these keep me coming back to best buy.

Please forward this appreciation to his manger . If not let me know the right channels where to send this appreciation to.
