Purchased an Apple Ipad 12.9 August 2019. I had Price matched verification with me. Salesman, suppose to be the supervisor/manager for the Apple dept helped me. I was able to get my price match on my ipad but only after 10 minutes of rambling on from the clerk about their price match policy. Really, you think I didn’t know your policy before I came in the buy? I asked for a screen protector and was told that for the 12.9 there wasn’t one available because of the touch screen feature. None of the screen protectors work on the new model.
He was condenscending to me as he went on and on about all the returns they have had for the screen protectors they sold for the 12.9. I asked what brand it was and he didn’t know.
Well, this is totallyl untrue! There are 3 brands that are available for the 12.9 that work great. I bought the Esparin brand from Amazon and it was not only easy to install but works without any flaws!
BestBuy really needs to step up their game when it comes to hiring and training employees. Sales people: if you don’t know the answer, Just say you don’t know!
Best Buy does not give a customer much reason to return unless they are the last option available
