I'm having this exact same problem. I ordered online in November and never got an email with a code.
I was in chat with someone from Best Buy and they "resent" the email but I only got an email saying thanks for purchase but never got an email with a code.
Who can help with this?
Seems like this is totally screwed up on Best Buy's end!

I'm having this exact same problem.... actually I've been having the problem for a while but I didn't know how to pursue it. I just got a new Apple Watch and was supposed to get a free 6 months of Apple Fitness+, but I never got the email. Could someone please help me? Thanks
