I bought apple watch series 6 Nov 29 2020 at Best Buy with promise of free 6 months of Apple Fitness. When should I expect the information to redeem? Apple is offering 3 month trial but I don't want to accept it as I suspect it would mess up 6 month offer.

I have not received notification of my Fitness+ trial, either, although my Best Buy order shows email sent.

Just received code. You do the apple offer within fitness app on iphone first then go to iTunes store to redeem bestbuy code in the email. I'm free till June 15,2021

As I said in my answer, the two 3 month periods are required to be applied separately. The 3 month trial from Apple is available within the fitness app after the operating system upgrade on iphone and apple watch so you can do that now. Best Buy has a "gift code" that starts at the end of the Apple trial period which i believe is why you have to apply the fitness trial from the application first, therefore you can go ahead for the 3 month trial while waiting /working through the issue with Best Buy. You can use Fitness + today.

After purchasing an Apple Watch, I never received the email with how redeem the 6 month free trial of Apple Fitness Plus.  This worked for us.  We did this on the iPhone.

Go the the App Store and sign in.

Click on the profile (the little human head on the upper right).

You'll see "Redeem Gift Card or Code"

Click on that and enter the code printed on your Best Buy receipt associated with the 6 month Apple Fitness+ trial.

Follow the prompts to complete the redemption.

We received confirmation that we will not be billed for 6 months.

I made my purchase online and there isn't a redemption code on my online receipt.  It says it was emailed to me but I did not receive it. I have added the best buy email to my safe senders and am now receiving emails.  How can I have this redemption code resent to me?  Thanks.
