I'm having trouble claiming the Best Buy 3-month additional free months of Apple Fitness+. I've redeemed the 3-month offer from Apple. When I go to the Apple Fitness redemption link and input the Best Buy code that was emailed to me, I get a message saying "Payment Not Completed". Is there a step I am missing in this process or is this the result of a glitch of some kind? Thank you for your help.

Thank you for stopping by our community forums. Apple Fitness+ is a really cool way to see what your new Apple Watch can do, I know I'd want to get this redeemed as soon as possible to test it out. I'd be glad to see what options we may have to help you.
I do have a few questions so I can determine what's going on. Based on your message it sounds like this error appeared when redeeming this code, is that correct? Have you contacted Apple Support to make sure there aren't any problems with your account that would prevent you from redeeming this?
