Answer the phone.

My wife called the Morgantown WV store. She was on hold 32 minutes and gave up. I called and after holding 57 minutes was transferred 4 times only to be disconnected. I need a battery for the laptop I purchased there. It is too far to drive only to find that they dont have it. I tried the online chat and the virtual assistant. They were too busy to take my question. How do you stay in business?

They generally dont stock laptop batteries in the store due to there being so many different kinds. Your best bet is to look on thier website.

As nckhammond mentioned, the most efficient way to determine the estimated inventory at a particular location, would be to check the website. In the event the item is unavailable, there will be an estimated date provided for shipping or Store Pickup.
