I ordered a phone plan online and selected it to picked up at store for 50.9 USD. I checked my statement recently and I see my account was debited for my online order for which I got a mail from BestBuy, and again for another 50.65 USD which is present in their site under purchases section and hold of another 50.9 USD. I talked to their customer support and they say that they can't any see transaction except 50.65 USD. I have order confirmation mail from Bestbuy for 50.9 USD, bill in their site for 50.65 USD and statement from my bank showing 3 transactions. How do I get my money back?
