Tanya sounds like an amazing employee, and it's experiences like this that made me stay with Best Buy as long as I have. Whenever I read these message boards, I sometimes forget that the issues shared here are just a tiny fraction of the business that we do and that the vast majority of our customers get great service. I love reading these stories, thanks for sharing!
