Amazing Customer Service

I recently made a purchase at the Downers Grove, Is location and wanted to take the time to recognize the associate who provided amazing customer service. Unfortunately the receipt did not contain a survey link, but I wanted to make sure the associate received the appropriate recognition for his level of service. Can you let me know the best way to accomplish this so it is also received at store level?

If you can forward the recognition to the store that would be greatly appreciated. I have worked in retail for 24 years and am currently a store manager with a major retailer and it is always great to see when associates embrace customer service. On my visit on 2/15, I was assisted by an associate named Max {removed per forum guidelines}. I was looking for information on gaming monitors and he knew his stuff. He provided recommendations and explained what all of the technical aspects were. Max really converted me into a buyer. In fact, I ended up purchasing two of the monitors. Max is an asset to the Downer’s Grove store and a shining example of what great customer service looks like.
