I had purchased two digital cameras on 2/15/2019 and I didn't realize that Best Buy has only a 15 days return window (I always thought it was 30). I wanted to add the protection plans to both of them but now I fear it's too late. Any chance you guys could help?

Welcome to the community. New digital cameras are definitely something to be excited about, and I can appreciate you wanting to have the additional Geek Squad Protection (GSP) to cover them against unexpected issues that may come up. GSP can be added during the return period by visiting a Best Buy near you. Although we do not have an option to extend this time frame, we would like to look at the receipt to see what your return period is. There are some circumstances where it is longer than the standard 15 days. I’ve included a link below that will explain more about the Return & Exchange Promise.
