AWFUL EXPERIENCE, still unresolved.

Terribly unsatisfied with my experience with BestBuy!

I went in to get a computer that said "pickup in 1 hour" and they couldn't find the computer. I tried to get another one and they only had 1 other desktop computer in stock, it wasn't what I was looking for. So, I had to order one, well the wrong one got ordered. I went back in to get it changed and they ordered the correct one. The guy asked if I wanted it shipped to the store. ( like the first one that got ordered ) I said "Yes, Please" he then told me that he could not do that and that I had to have it shipped to my apartment. My apartment has no office. So, I needed to take the day off of work. He said that I would get it on Thursday, it still says I will. So I took the day off of work. However it seems to be out of stock now and back-orderd. The 3 people I talked to said "You should get it on Thursday but they don't have one in stock. So, you may not get it then. You could cancel it and figure something else out or you can wait until it's back in stock. However, that could be a week from now, or even a year from now" So, I spent $3,000 ( including the monitor I bought in store ) to not have what I paid for without any information or any help at all. I am still waiting for any information on my order that is STILL placed. I feel terrible with how bad this customer experience is / was.

I will never purchase from this establishment again.

Welcome to our forums! Having to wait for a backordered item is never great, so I can understand your concern.
