2nd return for same problem

I'm returning a 2nd monitor purchased at Best Buy because it doesn't have speakers. The first time I didn't ask the associate. I used to have one that did, I thought internal speakers were standard, even if not the best quality. The 2nd time I specifically stated I wanted a monitor that has it's own speakers. It shouldn't be this hard to get the specs in the store. I asked if the associate was certain, they said they were. I changed sound settings as necessary but no sound. And when I search the product online it says - no speakers. There has to be a better way. Seriously, 2nd time returning a product. Ridiculous.

This could have been easily avoided. Internal speakers are becoming less and less common, we should have done better at verifying your purchase prior to you taking it home. I apologize that we let you down, it is definitely not the service we strive to provide.
