how do i use my geek squad warranty on my tv? the tv has been a piece of crap since i bought it. now its even worse. i have to reset the tv each time i use it .. (unplug it for a minute and plug it back in)..
its slow to switch channels its slow to bring up the smart hub its slow to load anything. . it freezes up. shouldn't take 5 minutes to do something simple on this tv and i mean 5 minutes to get the tv rebooted and back on to what i wanted to use like netflix or hulu for example.
i gave up and put my roku on it what defeats the purpose of a smart tv. even trying to get it to its proper inputs is a chore. i have 11 days before the manufactur warranty expires i huave a 2 year geek squad. at this point i dont care who fixes the tv or replaces it. i just want it replaced or repaired before i do throw it out the door.
