I purchased a refurbished iPhone 7, together with the geek squad protection plan, from Best Buy.com. Within a month, the phone had stopped working. The geek squad refused to touch it because it was refurbished. I sent it to apple, and they told me that it had water damage and that they wouldn't fix it without charging me. I had had the phone for such little time, and had never gotten it anywhere near liquid.
I have spent hours on the phone with Best Buy, getting bounced back and forth between customer service, geek squad, sales. I was even hung up on while on hold. I now have a phone that does not work, and no access to services for it.
I would like a full refund for the phone, and for the geek squad protection plan, since it did not help me at all.
