refrigerator repair nightmare

My LG Refridgerator stop working about ten days ago, the geeek squad refer a company to come out and fix the refrgerator this company cancelled the appointment on us, We callled customer service again and another company got scheduled to come out 5 days later. the 2nd company came out to service he refrigerator and left, said thay would order parts to fix the unit. by now is 10 days or more without a refrigerator. I called customer service , they tranferred me to the Lg 800 number, talking to the LG rep. (sounded drunk) after getting my name they hanged up on me.

I went to the store nearby in Donwey california. talk to Frank the manager, He took me to Lucy (the appliance rep), lucy to the GEEK SPECIAL FORCES, after talking to Stacy at the sepcial forces, She gave me the LG 800 NUMBER FOR THEM TO HLEP ME. (i bought an extended warany from Best-Buy). The estended warranty does not cover teh refrigerator not cooling, it would have to be LG to fix it. (said GEEK SQUAD SPECIAL FORCES STACY) THE RUN AROUND GIVEN TO ME HAS ME REAL UPSET.
