Hi dropped off my HP laptop for rapair on Jan 18.
Feb 7 get a notice that it cant be reapiard as parts are unavalable.
Told me then that the laptop would be back at the store by Friday Feb 10.
Went to the store on Sunday Feb 12, and they said they dont have it.
Also told me the same thing that the website says thats its "under extensive testing".
STILL waiting on the return of my laptop, NO ONE knows where it is.
Can you help!!
