I need assistance with a claim I made back STARTING IN JULY 2018. I keep getting no reply to my calls and emails. Recently, after hearing NOTHING for over a month from Ashley, the claims adjuster, I finally got a reply from her that she is no longer on the BEST BUY account!!! Now, the new person Zachary is not calling or emailing back. This is complely unprofessional, and unacceptable business practices. I have provided documentation, estimates of the damage/repairs necessary; an appraiser was sent out by Sedgwick months ago. They have everrything they need to settle this claim. BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY COMMUNICATION from Sedgwick at all. I have left message with the supervisor, and still nothing. I have tried calling Best Buy corporate, and have been completely blown off -- they keep telling me to call Sedgwick. Please help!
