I brought my iphone 7 into the Wyomissing, PA geek squad on may 28th. They initially saw that it could be repaired. However after further inspection, they decided the phone needed to be replaced. However they were unable to cancel the first work order. This resulted in geek squad holding my phone for a week. After a few days of no progress I made apple and geek squad communicate multiple times, yet no progress was made. Geek squad then decided to give me back the phone which is now more broken than when I brought it in and I still have no replacement after a week. On top of that there was no real effort to help me get a new phone at all. Extremely dissatisfied with geek squads knowledge of their own systems and their ability to problem solve.

I use my phone for everything so I can certainly understand how big of an impact it would be to not have access to your phone for a week.
