Last week I made an appointment to change the battery in my iPhone. When I went in today for my appointment they didn’t have the replacement battery in stock. I asked if I could pay the replacement fee today to save the $20 increase that begins tomorrow. They would not allow it.
I’m upset that I made the appointment, hired a babysitter so that I could go to the appointment, waited in line for 30 minutes (even though I had an appointment), and now I am going to have to pay an extra $20 because Best Buy didn’t have the battery in stock, even though the appointment I made was to change the battery.
