My iPhone was needing daily charging so I scheduled for battery replacement at BB. After running some diagnostics phone was accepted for repair, service fee paid and was asked to pick up after 2 hours. At pickup I am told that battery is replaced but now the phone won’t charge. I was refunded the service fee and that’s it. I lost a working phone and now need to buy one immediately but no compensation or discount is offered. Worst I lost my data which includes last pics of my mom whom I lost recently. BB won’t take any responsibility for messing up or making things right for their customers. Service order -#{removed per forum guidelines}. I look forward to someone taking responsibility and resolving this issue.
