horrible experience left me with no options

absolutely horrible experience at the fayetteville, nc best buy geek squad. i brought my phone in for a battery replacement(no issues other than the battery wasn't holding charge for as long as i wanted) after multiple battery replacements the store ended up frying my phone and messing up the fitment of the screen and the actual body of the phone and informed me that there was nothing they could do for me. is that really how best buy treats its customers? i considered other options but decided to go with a "certified" apple repair place. The two guys working the desk worked super hard to get the issue resoved for me but somehow just stopped at the managers level where they werent willing to fix their wrongs.
