I AM DESPERATE!!!! I have spent hour upon hour pursuing this matter including phonecalls, emails and in-person stops at my nearest store. All to no avail. I purchased a Whirlpool refridgerator with an extended warranty and in less than a year, it had to be repaired three times and was eventually replaced. I was able to obtain one food spoilage reimbursement for the first repair back in June of 2018. I have been denied the second one for the repair in August 2018 despite timely faxing all documents and jumping through rings of fire. It is simply not fair. I have 5 children and 3 step-children. We spend a lot on groceries. I also have spent a lot at Best Buys over the years on appliances (big and small), electronics, videos and games, phones and multiple Apple computers plus extended warranties.

Food is very important in our daily lives, and I can’t imagine how food much a family of ten may go through in a week.
