Thank you for taking the time to reach out o us here at the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize for my late response. Due to a busier than usual past few weeks, it is taking longer than I’d like to get back to everyone.
As noted in our Geek Squad Protection Terms & Conditions, in most cases the plan will run concurrently with the manufacturer’s warranty, as it provides protection beyond what the manufacturer offers. Sometimes, though, the plan is extended beyond that. I’d very much like to take a look into your order to see if any of the products you purchased fall into one of the product categories where the plan does not begin until after the manufacturer’s warranty expired.
