Hi, i wanted to purchase the Anti virus protection and was having problems downloading the software. Ive spoke to 3 different guys and couldnt fix the problem. The Last guy had me on the phone for 2 hours trying to figure out the solution. I was so frustrated when he told me i had to go to Best Buy store and have them look at my computer. Well the next day i looked in Norton antivirus. Spoke to their technical support and told them my frustation and they were able to fix the problem over the phone. I canceled my Best Buy anti virus purchase and bought the Norton instead without leaving my home during the pandemic. I bought my Mac at Best Buy and now they just lost a loyal customer.
