complaints about geek squad service center shipping.

Hello, <br>So back on July 11th I brought my computer into geeksquad because my computer kept crashing. It took them 1 week to figure out the issue and told me that it had to shipped out to HP since it is still under warranty. They were really nice and told me they would ship it out for me. I have been checking the status website and it says my computer is shipped from service center. It was shipped out on Aug 4th! My complaint is its been almost 3 weeks now. Best buy has had my computer since July 11th!!! I was told it would take about 2 to 5 weeks (estimated). I have been without a computer for most 2 months now!! And I only had this computer since January! Also to add, I bought this computer from best buy (jan 1st to be exact) one month later had to bring it to geeksquad because the memory sticks were bad ( at least from what they said and had to buy more ram sticks). Took it in again for the same issue. Bought another pair of ram sticks... then was told it wasn't that ram sticks and it had to be shipped out. And now still waiting on my computer, and now have 2 pairs or ram sticks that I can't do anything with them (paid 100 dollars for each pair). I just want to know why it is taking 3 darn weeks to ship the computer from one place to another. I understand about the pandemic, but 3 darn weeks to ship my computer to the best buy store is ridiculous! I need my computer back!! I should have voided the warranty and have brought my computer to a repair shop! Never thought I would have to wait almost 2 months for my computer! Though I do have to say the manager of geeksquad at my local best buy was amazing. He went above and beyond for me! And I can't thank him enough! But I am so disappointed and aggravated that I still don't have my computer back! I called geeksquad number and sadly they had the same info as I had... she told me to keep checking my email and website for updates.. but now getting very impatient. Geeksquad needs to have tracking numbers on the shipments so when customers call and ask where thier computers/appliances are and why hasn't it made it to the store yet, they will have that information for the customers. As far as I know my computer can be lost somewhere. When you think about it, there is no way to find out where that shipment is..
