Your instalation of washing machine is wrong

Your service came out and installed our brand new washer and your installers hooked it up hot site to cold and cold to hot.

We called the store, online service hang up on us twice finally my wife was able to contact the support number and we have to wait until next week to have geeksquad come and fix it!

Very frustrating the fact it we pay for something to installed and the service if doing that is wrong and we have to wait now for another week for you to come out. That is why i will not buy from bestbuy.


You concern about verification and communication about delivery dates etc but what about your installation issues why not be concerned???
