Swing by the store to see what options exist for your plan that was agreed upon at the time of purchase. If it's a replacement plan and the item is no longer available then the plan could be fulfilled and a gift card provided for the amount you paid. If this is the option you're given then you're welcome to put this GC towards the purchase of the new controller that just came out and plan.
The computer should let you know what options exist at that time. If you're unable to return to the store thank you for your patience until a moderator gets a chance to stop by to lend a helping hand!
