This entire experience has been very time consuming and stressful. However in the end Best Buy Geek Squad did make good on the service warranty. I did receive a gift card in the amount of the original purchase. Moving forward I don't believe I would ever purchase a service warranty through geek squad again. What should have been a simple process was a mountain of trouble. Hope they are able to find their weaknesses and improve their overall service.
