Worst service warranty ever!

Tried to get my dead tv replaced for two weeks after only a year of use. Two year service contract that they do everything they can to avoid honoring. They can’t fix tv and need to replace the value. Don’t buy Best Buy geek squad service it is a waste of money.

Thank you for posting on our forum for support. I know how important it is to have a working TV in a home, and I hate to hear you haven't been able to get your unit replaced. We wouldn't expect you to run into this issue after only a year of use, and I can understand wanting to follow up on your protection plan. This entire experience has been very time consuming and stressful.  However in the end Best Buy Geek Squad did make good on the service warranty.  I did receive a gift card in the amount of the original purchase.  Moving forward I don't believe I would ever purchase a service warranty through geek squad again.  What should have been a simple process was a mountain of trouble.  Hope they are able to find their weaknesses and improve their overall service.
