Worst ever customer service

3 years, 2 replacement fridge freezers, 5 food spoilage claims, nearly 400 hours on the phone to customer support, 7 days awaiting repairs and delivery ..... and still new fridge not working ..... this customer service is beyond abysmal .... take my advice .... buying something from Best Buy is soul destroying .....
