Worst Customer Service Ever

My 55 inch insignia 4K Roku tv all of a sudden just wasn’t getting any power. I took the tv into my local Best Buy with my receipt in hopes of getting the situation fixed. Instead, the manager directed me to the geek squad repair team. I had to call geek squad, set up an appointment to get my tv repaired. I set up the appointment, however tonight I wanted to call and reschedule the appointment. I sat on the phone for over an hour and a half. 1 hour and 35 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer. I’ve never had worse customer service in my life. What an absolute joke, I do all of my technology shopping with Best Buy, I’ve spend way too much money here but I did it because I used to get excellent customer service and felt like I was going to get the best service as opposed to others. Boy was I wrong. I’ve seriously considered not spending another dime in a Best Buy after this experience. Beyond terrible and inexcusable!
