Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!

I took my laptop to Geek Squad on July 8, 2021.   had a crack in my screen, Geek Squad said that I had to have the screen and the casing replaced. I paid $330 for my laptop to be repaired.  They returned it the next week with only the screen replaced not the casing.  They sent it back and said that it will be finished by July 30.  I have been calling every week since the beginning of August, and we have been given the run around.  I called yesterday 8/17 and spoke to a manager who said that we are waiting on the part and they said it was suposed to be there today 8/18.  I have been on the phone since 5:30 today and it is now 7:49 waiting to speak to a "supervisor" I can hear them put me back in the cue because they close at 8:00 p.m. NO ONE KNOWS WHERE MY LAPTOP IS!!!!! I KEEP GETTING THE RUNAROUND!!!! BRING BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE STORE!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING!!  I just want my laptop back, and I will no longer deal with Best Buy ever again.  I promise NEVER to walk into your store again, I just want my laptop so I can do my work.  Completely unacceptable. Oh By the way.... Still on hold, and since writing this they clicked in twice to keep me in the cue.  Something needs to be done.  I wish you would follow up to see all the times I have called an received completely different stories.
