Wondering about laptop

Hi, I hope I'm not being a bother and I know that everyone is bussier than usual. I was just wondering if someone might be able to tell me what part is being replaced in my laptop?

Hi again. I'm sorry to bother you again. So, my repair tracking still says that my laptop needs a part and that they have the part.

But I got a text saying that they are waiting for the part they need and when they get it, they will continue work.

So I started a chat to see what's up with the part and what part is it. But I was told it didn't need a part. So I'm very confused. That's my only laptop and it was a very expensive purchase for me and I don't know what's wrong with it and if it needs a part or not. If you have any more info it would be very much appreciated.

Welcome back to our forums!  As someone who uses their laptop on almost a daily basis, I completely understand wanting to get yours repaired and returned to you as soon as possible.  It sounds like there may be some confusion regarding the status of your repair at this point, but I’ll be happy to take a closer look and offer any additional assistance I can.
