Why is my Computer is taking so long for Geek squad to fix?
on the 16th I brought my PC to BestBuy to have geek squad fix it, it had an issue with the fans after a factory reset and the hard drive wouldn't let me delete anything on it because of invalid permissions, so they said they will send it out on Tuesday and have it completed by the 26th, its the 21st now and whenever I check the status it says its still being shipped out on the site, when I call to see my status on the phone it says its open but they will sign an agent to it soon..
why is it taking so long for them to fix something that seems easy to fix?
I also haven't gotten any emails or calls/texts of an update since I brought it in on the 16th.

i just got an email this morning updating me and telling me they are diagnosing my computer issue now, but thanks anyways for the help, ill come back here if any other issues come forward
