Why is getting support from geek squad so terrible?

I have spent such a ridiculous amount of time trying to get my appliances fixed on my 3 year extended warranty through Geek Squad. Why do you guys make this so difficult?

 

First call they completely messed my service order up and put the wrong appliance and nothing to do with what the problem was.

 

Second call I sit on hold FOREVER and when the agent finally answered he said he needed to completely cancel my order and start a new one. Well, he cancelled the order, then hung up on me. 

 

At this point I was pretty furious and got someone through chat on bestbuy.com to have someone call me back. The person that called me back started to help me, then their manager said they couldn't.

 

My next resort was through messenger on Facebook. Somone by the name of Katie started taking care of the situation for me and got my orders in. I finally got a repair person to come out. They ordered some parts for my refridgerator and a part for my oven.

 

I got an email stating the part isn't available for my oven and to call a number to get it exchanged. I have called multiple times and have been on hold for a total of two and a half hours and nobody will answer.

 

As far as the parts go for the refridgerator, they're still in a status of in process or something like that according to the repair company and it's been over a week now since they were ordered.

 

This whole thing started back on 9/23/21 and it's just ridiculous how much time I've had to spend on this and getting nowhere. Can someone PLEASE help me and follow through on this?
