Who do I go through?

I was told when I bought an open-box samsung refrigerator by the manager that it had a 2 year protection plan on it through best buy, to which I was pleasantly surprised; I did not expect an open-box unit to have one. Within a month or two, my freezer door handle came loose, and when I call to try and set up a repair, it wants me to go through geek squad, but since.i didn't plan, and have no protection plan number, it just ships my call to samsung. All I need is someone to come fix a handle with an odd mounting system, and going through the manufacturer was not what the gentlemen in the store relayed to me as repair options. I just want to know who I need to talk 5o to get this issue resolved.

When no protection plan is purchased, you would need to work through the manufacturer to get repair assistance. Without looking into your account, I'd be unable to speculate on what the 2 year protection is that you mentioned. I'd be happy to look closer into that and see how I can help.
