I've called customer service more than a dozen times and each time they say that my laptop has been shipped back to me and I will be receiving it in 2-3 business days. Then they proceed to give me a tracking number that shows my laptop has been delivered to a store thousands of miles away from me a week a go.
Where is my laptop? It's been a month of this. How can I escalate this? I need my laptop back.
