Where is my PC!

I brought my Hewlett-Packard PC to Best Buy in Tempe on November 30. I called asking for a status about a week later, no one can find any information about my PC however, , on a voicemail message that I got from Patrick, A geek squad member, they said they were sending the PC out for service on December 2. After another few days I called back asking for status, again I spoke to someone on the phone who had no idea where my PC was.  he put me on hold for several minutes to ask someone. He came back with the line that it was sent out , but there's no information in the computer system as to when it was sent or what the issue is or if anyone is working on it. After waiting several weeks,  on December 28 I received an email from Pedro {removed per forum guidelines}. Pedro said it was The motherboard and they were requesting a new motherboard to replace it. Moments later I received another email from Pedro saying that the bios were fixed and they were sending the computer back. I responded to Pedro and said your first email stated the motherboard was bad, now it's OK? He said yes. I would like to know where my PC is , when I will have it and really to complain about the horrible service I have received. We have been Best Buy customers for more than 15 years but that will end with this horrible experience. Interesting that now when I call geek squad for an update the recording said ticket was opened 12/18. From 11/30 to 12/18 just where was my computer?  Was it just sitting someplace never sent out for repair.  - I did ask this very question and I was told no no it was sent out. Really? Now the recording states I have nothing in repair. And they can't find my service order,  I have zero confidence.
