What's the point of having Geek Squad chat support, if they can't schedule repairs? This evening, I chated to file a claim on my Kitchen Hub, and the agent said that I need to schedule a repair on the website. After telling him, it doesn't give me the option to schedule a repair on a large appliance, he said I need to call. I don't have the time to be on hold, going through all the phone hoops, and jumping through all the departments, which is why I chatted, and selected an optioin for large appliance support.
My question, why did it made me waste my time, just so he can tell me, he can't help me further. What kind of support is that??

Welcome back, zheka160,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our community forums. Having any major appliance stop working is never ideal, especially when it's needed to prepare food. I'd be glad to provide some more information about the different ways to get support from the Geek Squad.
The Geek Squad offers 24/7 chat support to provide assistance with assistance in setting up devices as well as troubleshooting slowdowns or possible computer viruses. We offer the ability to schedule quite a few different types of services online, however we do ask that you give us a call at (800) 433-5778 so we can help you get assistance with major appliances.
I hope I was able to clarify how to get assistance, please let me know if you have any other questions I can help with!
