I bought a washer 3 years ago at BB and bought a 5 year geek squad warranty. On June 16 the washer would not spin out the water. I called on June 16th and was told a repairman would be here on June 26. He came and could not fix it because he needed to order the parts. He made an appointment for July 5th.
My problem is I am without a washer since June 16th. Why does it take so long to get a repairman here and why don’t they have the parts. Over the years I have bought computers totally approximately $5000.00, a TV, an $1000.00 phone,
2 Apple watches and I can go on. This experience has left me questioning whether I will purchase ANYTHING from BB again.
I bought the warranty I expect my appliance to be fixed within a reasonable amount of time.

Welcome to our community. There is nothing more aggravating than having an essential appliance develop a fault and need repair. I understand this because this spring I had to wait five weeks for a repair to my car, three of which it was in the shop waiting for parts to arrive. I regret you're having to cope with such a scenario with your washer.
Generally speaking, service calls are scheduled for our customers at the earliest possible time that will work for them. Additionally, it's my understanding that parts can only be ordered by the technician after a diagnostic has identified the problem component. Please let me know how the technician's visit on July 5 goes.
