Best Buy Repair Support

I have a Kindle fire 7 kids edition that i need to get repaired, i know that i purchased it from Best Buy but can not find my receipt or order number.  I do still have my box that has numbers on it but not sure if that imformation will help me or not.  Any suggestions on how to look it up? Thanks
