Warranty

I am so disappointed with Best buy, I bought one refurbished notebook Dell on December/2018, on my receipt shows 18 months warranty from manufacturing, but now, 3 months later, I don't have warranty from Best Buy, is more than 60 days. I went in to the store, to manufacturing I need to pay, and from Dell, I don't have warranty anymore, because is refurbished, it experied 1 year ago. I call the best buy so many times is always the same, I didn't expect it, I fell that my money is trash.

Having computer troubles so soon after a purchase is definitely disappointing, and I can understand you wanting to find a way to get your laptop back up and running! With regards to your computer's warranty, we do not typically include warranty terms or length on our purchase receipts, so I'm not sure where on your receipt it would show that you have an 18-month warranty from Dell. With that being said, I would love for the opportunity to take a look into this for you and see what options may be available at this time.

About warranty it was on website, where there's all the information about the product.

Hey Bill, considering you know exactly what the “new topic” button says at the top of the main forum page I’m gonna assume you 100% saw that very button, so how bout you go do that instead of inserting yourself into another topic that has nothing to do with you. Every single person on this site has a problem that they are looking to get solved, im not sure why you think you’re more important than the rest of us.
