Warranty issues for insignia NS-55DF710Na19

Bought march 20th 2019 a insignia tv, that one morning
Showed all lines vertical and had major issues.
So called bestbuy and got a geek squad coming to my house.
There i saw how they get out of the warranty. This mister claimed something had hit my tv, that caused the tv having the issues. While my screen has no impact entry. So this is how BESTBUY deals with “customers” who after two months have a defected product. To basically brush it off, with oh something must have hit your tv to cause this and made it crack from the inside. ( how can something hit something and crack from inside???) really people.. then got the message, you need to buy a new TV because we dont cover this because i cannot help you. REALLY. I am schocked that this is how they get out of the warranty and replace a product thats just two months old.. just claim it got hit.. sure thanks BESTBUY
