Warranty issue for Insignia 10.2 cu refrigerator

Insignia 102 Cu Ft BottomFreezer Refrigerator Black
Model: NS-RBM10BK8
SKU: 5838105

The refrigerator does not get cold but the freezer does. I called Insignia Warranty and they said they don't service small appliances and that Best Buy will replace the fridge. I bought it online and it is available online but in the store they are not able to order it for me and want me to pick another fridge. My kitchen was custom built for this Fridge. My renter has gone w/o a fridge for 6 days. I need Best Buy to order it online for me and replace and pick up my defective one but I keep getting the run around. I'm told Insignia has to order it and Insignia says Best Buy online needs to do it. Best Buy online has not been helpful and in the store they say it is not available. If I can still order it online, and that is the way I ordered it in the first place, I need it to be ordered and delivered ASAP.

I can only imagine how frustrating this has been for you and your renters. If Insignia wants to replace the defective refrigerator instead of repair it under their warranty then a local Best Buy store should be able to get that processed for you. To be honest it seems strange that you could order this refrigerator on, but a Best Buy store would not be able to order this unit for you.
