I purchased a dishwasher in 2020 with Geek Squad protection. Long story short - the dishwasher broke and was unable to be fixed. Someone was sent to uninstall and take the dishwasher away. Dishwasher has been gone since January and I still have not gotten the refund for the purchase price.
I've been into the local store mulitple times and called multiple times. Someone from Geek Squad at the store gave me his cell number and responded once when I checked in but in the last two weeks won't even reply to my messages. I feel like I have no where to turn to get my refund. Any suggestions of who to contact next would be appreciated.
