Waited over month for Razer laptop repair - ridiculous nobody has an answer when

I’ve now waited a month for a simple repair on a Razer $3000 computer I paid $300 support for. Nobody at geek squad or the store has any idea what or why this hasn’t been fixed. Store employees are lost and say “big company I can’t help you”
