Very very very poor 24/7 Geek Squad support

I bought the 24/7/365 Geek Squad tech support and what a joke!   It was a Worthless session.  My issue was not resolved because after paying over $200 for tech support I was told in essence "we're busy so it will take at least 1 hr 39 minutes til we can get to you"   That's very poor service.  If demand is that great, you need to add more tech support.   I am a very dissatisfied customer!  I will be sure to tell everyone not to go to Geek Squad for help & definitely don't pay the money for their tech support.  I wish someone had told  me before I foolishly paid them.
