Geeksquad's recommended service provider A&E were supposed to repair and replace parts for our refrigerator. Initial analysis was one week ago - A&E did not have the right authorizations and had to order parts the next day. We had to call GeekSquad the next day to follow-up, and escalate before being re-scheduled for today.
Today, we were given time window of 1pm-5pm - I had to call multiple times to A&E and GeekSquad to find out where the tech was - A&E kept confirming the tech would show up in the next 30 min, until their offices were closed. This happened 3 times - A&E Tech was a NO-SHOW! No point calling BestBuy, since they would have to call the provider to find status.
Very dissapointed in both GeekSquad/BestBuy and A&E. BestBuy needs to hold their partners accountable for service appointments - as a consumer who is buying the additional service plan, I expect better from BestBuy for ensuring timely service of their partners and better escalation process for their customers!
I need a solution from BestBuy ASAP

I know how big of an impact it is to be without a major appliance, especially something as important as a refrigerator.
