Welcome to our community. It's frustrating enough to have a product one uses daily develop a fault, but to have difficulty finding the needed paperwork can be a whole new level of challenge all its own. I regret the inconvenience I know this causes you.
You should be able to look up your Geek Squad Protection plans through your account on BestBuy.com. Just log in and click on your name at the top of the page, then on "See all your plans & subscriptions" under Protection Plans.
