VIZIO warranty

I called to check status of my warranty and the serial number did not match. I only have the one 50” VIZIO. The other after going back and checking is 60”. He said I had a warranty on a 50” but then the serial number did not match. The screen went black and I need to verify that the warranty is actually valid. Is there somewhere else I can check?

Welcome to our community. It's frustrating enough to have a product one uses daily develop a fault, but to have difficulty finding the needed paperwork can be a whole new level of challenge all its own. I regret the inconvenience I know this causes you.


You should be able to look up your Geek Squad Protection plans through your account on Just log in and click on your name at the top of the page, then on "See all your plans & subscriptions" under Protection Plans.
