I bought a lenovo legion right before christmas that has consistently gotten worse since day 1. After updating it with a recent nvidia driver the computer crashes right in the middle of just about every app and process it tries to complete. The computers covered for a year warranty and after being unable to contact ny phone and getting disconnected 3 times from chat support, I got the worlds worst rep, he tells me he has no appointments and to check back in a few days. I tell him thats not a reasonable option and ask for remote access on my tablet. he tells me I need to pay. I ask for a manager and he tells me they have same access and wont do anything. I ask for phone number to someone higher and he gives me the store number for the directory. He then tells me i need to pay to have the remote access even though you guys cant provide the service you need to fix ny computer. I ask him to check springfield and greenfield for appointments and he tells me there both booked.. greenfield massachuetts is permanetly closed and he doesnt know that cause hes not realy doing his job and checking. Then I ask for the service to be charged and he tries to get me to disconnect by going away for 5 minutes at a time and coming back to see if im still on the chat, I work on my computer ad a web developer and need this resolved and your company should be able to give me a better resoluition than the pathetic choices I have gotten and dishonesty.

Hey there, nickb2087,
Thank you for connecting with us here on our forum! Having a fully functioning computer is essential for work these days, so I understand looking to get yours back up and running like new ASAP.
For best assistance with your inquiry, I recommend reaching out to our Geek Squad support at (800) 433-5778, or via online chat here.
You can also schedule a service at your local Best Buy here.
This device also most likely has a one-year manufacturer warranty. With that said, I would also recommend reaching out to Lenovo support, as they may be able to assist under their warranty.
